1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything you buy from OJH Consulting Sdn Bhd (“Closr”, “we”) — subscriptions, add-ons, usage top-ups, auto-reload purchases and physical products from our store. It forms part of our Terms of Service. How and when money is returned is covered separately in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
It does not cover payments you collect from your own customers through Closr (for example a paid booking). Those run through your own payment provider account and are between you and your customer.
2. Who you pay and who processes the payment
- Your contract is with OJH Consulting Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. That name, or “Closr”, appears on your card or bank statement.
- Payments are processed by Airwallex, a licensed payment service provider. You enter your card details directly into Airwallex’s secure payment form; they are never sent to or stored on our servers.
- When you subscribe, Airwallex stores your card as a recurring payment authorisation so that renewals, upgrades, add-on renewals and any auto-reload purchases you turn on can be charged without you re-entering it. We keep only a reference to that authorisation, never the card number.
- Airwallex is certified to the PCI DSS standard for handling card data.
3. Accepted payment methods
- Subscriptions, add-ons and auto-reload need a credit or debit card that supports recurring payments (for example Visa or Mastercard).
- One-off purchases — usage top-ups and store orders — can also be paid with other methods shown at checkout where available, such as FPX online banking in Malaysia.
- Enterprise customers may pay by bank transfer against an invoice, on the terms in their order form.
- We do not accept cash, cheques or cryptocurrency.
4. Currency
- Prices are set in US dollars (USD). Accounts in Malaysia may instead be billed in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) at fixed ringgit prices — not a live conversion of the dollar price.
- The currency is chosen at checkout and is shown before you pay. Once a subscription is paid, it renews in the same currency. To switch currency, let the current subscription end and subscribe again.
- If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Those are set by your bank, not by us.
- A single store order can only be paid in one currency.
5. Prices and taxes
- Current prices are on our pricing page, and the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes. Where we are required to collect a tax — such as Malaysian service tax — it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
- If you are a business outside Malaysia, you are responsible for any tax you must self-assess in your own country.
- Annual plans are discounted against twelve monthly payments; the saving is shown on the pricing page.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. A new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before it does.
6. Free trial
The 14-day free trial needs no card and takes no payment. It ends automatically on the date shown in the app. We never charge you at the end of a trial — to keep using paid features, you choose a plan and pay at checkout. One trial is available per person and business.
7. Subscriptions and renewals
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Your first payment is taken at checkout and starts your billing period that day.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. At the end of each period we charge your saved card the plan’s price for the next period, until you cancel.
- The renewal date and amount are shown in Settings → Billing.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- A team member with their own login needs their own subscription unless your organisation has an enterprise agreement that says otherwise.
8. Changing plan or billing cycle
Upgrading
Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately. We charge your saved card the full price of the new plan for a new billing period that starts that day. Time left on your previous plan is not credited or refunded, so upgrading near the end of a period wastes the least.
Downgrading or switching to a cheaper cycle
Moving to a lower plan, or to a billing cycle that costs less per month, is scheduled for your next renewal. You keep your current plan’s features until then, and the next renewal is charged at the new price. Nothing is refunded for the remaining time on the higher plan.
Before downgrading, check that what you rely on is included in the lower plan. Data stays in your account, but features and allowances the new plan does not include stop being available.
9. Usage: allowances, top-ups and auto-reload
Monthly allowances
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens and, on plans with voice, voice minutes. Allowances reset each month and unused allowance does not roll over. AI features draw down tokens according to the work they do and the model used; voice is measured in minutes of call time.
Usage top-ups
- You can buy prepaid packs of AI tokens or voice minutes in Settings → Billing. The price is calculated from the quantity you choose and shown before you pay.
- Top-ups are used only after your monthly allowance is spent, and they do not expire while your account remains open.
- Top-up balances have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and end when the account is deleted.
Auto-reload
- Auto-reload is off by default. If you turn it on, we automatically buy the top-up pack you chose whenever that balance runs low, and charge your saved card without asking each time.
- You set a monthly spending cap. Auto-reload never charges more than that cap in a calendar month, and waits at least an hour between purchases for the same balance.
- If a card is declined three times in a row, auto-reload switches itself off.
- You can change the pack or the cap, or switch auto-reload off, at any time. Removing your card also switches it off.
Shared team pools
Where an organisation uses a shared AI token pool, its admins set how much each member may use. Usage beyond the pool comes from the organisation’s prepaid balance and then from the member’s own balance.
10. Add-ons
Some features are sold separately from plans — for example a custom booking link. Add-ons are charged in advance for the period shown at purchase and renew automatically on your saved card until cancelled. If an add-on lapses you lose the feature going forward; for a custom booking link, your existing link keeps working but you can no longer change it.
11. Promo codes and discounts
- Promo codes are entered at checkout and apply only to the products, plans, currency and number of billing periods stated with the code.
- Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be applied to a purchase after it has been paid.
- A code that grants a free period does not need a card. When the free period ends, the plan ends unless you subscribe.
- We may withdraw a code, or reverse its benefit, if it was obtained or used in breach of its terms or by fraud.
12. Failed payments
- If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is marked past due in Settings → Billing. You keep access during a 3-day grace period.
- We retry the charge once a day during the grace period. You can update your card in Settings → Billing at any time to settle it.
- If payment still has not succeeded when the grace period ends, the subscription ends and your account moves to the free tier. Your data is not deleted; you can subscribe again at any time.
- A failed add-on renewal is handled the same way. Failed auto-reload purchases are covered in section 9.
13. Managing your payment method
- You can replace your card in Settings → Billing. Adding a new card does not charge it.
- You can remove your card. Because nothing could then be charged, removing it sets your subscription to end at the close of the current period, switches off auto-reload and stops add-on renewals.
- Keep your card details current. Expired or cancelled cards are the most common reason a renewal fails.
14. Invoices and billing history
Every charge — paid, failed or refunded — is listed in the billing history in Settings → Billing, with its date, amount, currency and what it was for. If you need a tax invoice showing your company’s name, address or tax number, email us with the details and we will issue one. We keep billing records for as long as Malaysian tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.
15. Store orders and physical products
- You need to be signed in to place an order, so that you can track it and we can support you.
- Product prices, any discount, the shipping charge and the total are calculated by us at checkout from our current catalogue and shown before you pay. Shipping is a flat rate per order and is free above an order value shown at checkout.
- Orders are paid in full at checkout and are confirmed only once payment succeeds. You can see your orders and their status in your account.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier and destination. Please give a complete address — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
- Where a product, such as a Closr Tag card, includes a period of a Closr plan, that period is added to your account as described on the product page.
- For damaged, faulty or missing items, and returns, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. Disputes and chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at team@ojhconsulting.com — most problems are resolved faster that way than through your bank. If you raise a chargeback, we may provide your account and usage records to the payment network to respond to it, and we may suspend paid features on the account while the dispute is open. If a chargeback is decided in your favour, the disputed purchase is reversed in your account.
17. Fraud prevention
To protect you and us, Airwallex and we may run fraud checks on payments, ask for additional verification such as 3-D Secure, and decline, hold or cancel a payment or order that appears fraudulent or unauthorised. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any amount taken is refunded.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products and billing change. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date and, for changes that affect what or how you are charged, tell you at least 30 days in advance.
